back to work today... wish i'd stayed in bed now. i feel terrible. cant stop coughing and i feel like death warmed up. i guess i'm still in shock from being back. i'll probably be ok by lunchtime. had a bit of a change of scenery yesterday, which was nice. i went to meet karin when she finished work and went back to the flat for the evening. we just sat off and watched telly, which was cool. it was so nice to get out of the hosue, i was gonna go insane!!

anyways, on a nicer note MY MUM IS OUT OF HOSPITAL LATER TODAY!!! Since she had a heart valve replaced the figures from the kidney (well the figures of the chemical remaining in the body which the kidney should get rid of) are better than they've ever ever been!! they're putting this down to the fact that the heart is now able to pump bloody round the body better, and cos of this the blood supply to the kidney is better which makes it work better!! my dad called me and told me last night, i was a little shocked, but very pleased obviously! i havent seen my mum since last thursday cos of this bloody flu, so it'll be great to see her again.
