i had a brilliant birthday night out on saturday. before we hit town some peeps came over to mine - lee, joolia, lisa, wolly, kayte, gaz, suzy and jennyanne - and we drank lots of booze before leaving at 10.30ish for town. loads and loads of people were out in the KH when we got there, and everyone i saw bought me a drink, meaning i didnt have to buy a drink all night :o)
we left the club when it closed cos we were having such a great time. me, gaz, lee and lisa walked to the top of town and lee and lisa cut off from us to go towards edge lane where they live near. me and gaz walked down princes ave. after a short while we were accosted by a dickhead scumbag scally brandishing a bottle. he tried to make us empty our pockets and stuff. gaz gave him a few quid and some ciggies and then we managed to get away in a passing taxi. it wasnt too bad, i think i was too drunk to be affected properly by it. i'm just glad it didnt turn out a hell of a lot worse.
my folks came round on sunday and we went out for a meal. we went to caesars palace in town. the meal was great, apart fmo the 2 screaming children behind us, which was exaggerated by the marble floors and walls. after the meal i went to laydee k's house for a few cuppas and a good chat, which was cool.
i'm off work for 3 days now, which is cool. got lots of plans for my days off, which makes it all very exciting! i get internet in the flat on friday which will mean i'll be able to blog more often :o)
