so i called in sick this morning and went to the doctors. the doctor confirmed i have laryngitis and told me to take paracetomol and ibuprofen for the next couple of days and come back if it doesnt improve. she also signed me off for 7 days so i can get some rest and get better. work have been fine about it as well, they could hardly not be with the horrible croaky voice i have :o(

anyway, if anyone wants to come and visit with flowers and ice cream then feel free to drop me a line :o)
