my mums still in hosiptal but hopefully she''' be out in the next few days. her condition isnt perfect but its improved a bit.
been going to loads and loads of gigs recently - hundred reasons and capdown, and lightyear.
hundred reasons was ok, their songs are great but they all sound the same. capdown was brilliant, really inspiring, an excellent gig (now that the bruises have gone!!!)
lightyear was amazing! i'd only heard 4 tracks of theirs beofrehand but it was well worth going. they're full of energy and always ready with something to suprise you. we were stood infront of the trumpet player who got naked.... and had the smallest 2 inch (no exaggeration) penis i have ever seen. it was seriously worrying! i mean, surely all grown men are bigger than that??!!??!! anyways, we were chatting to them afterwards and as well as being a great band they're really nice blokes :)
the gig i've been waiting for for ages is Reel Big Fish at Liverpool Uni on 18th march. I've seen them live before and they were totally amazing - no two ways about it!!! they recently brought out a greatest hits type album called favourite noise. i now have every album they have made :) i really cant wait to go to the gig, loads of my friends are going and we're all going out afterwards. should be a brilliant nite.
recently i have had to dye my trademark bagpuss hair. i have an interview next week so i have to look respectable. its now a nice dark reddy brown. gotta get my nose ring changed to a stufd today too... ah well, it'll be worth it
anyways, thats it from me for now, i always say this but i'll try to post more
