we're learning how to talk! no, really... well we're learning all this mumbo jumbo about the type of words and phrases we should use when talking to a customer. some of it is common sense but the rest of it is a waste of time and is very waffly. i nearly fell asleep a few times, seriously!!!!!! ah well, should be finished in a couple of hours and then i'm off to find some hair dye!
