some woman just called me a rude bitch!!! she was shouting at me cos she wouldnt accept that the fault she was reporting was cos her phone was faulty itself, i asked her politely and calmly to stop shouting and she said "you know what? you are a rude bitch!!" and hung up the phone. cheeky feckin cow!!! feel like phoning her back and saying - "do you know who i am!!" and "i know where you live and i'm gonna come down there and kick your ass!!!" stupid cow
