nearly half the day over, dinnertime soon!!! only been on the phones for half an hour this time before lunch cos before that i had an hour offline to do my accreditation. its kind of like doing coursework, except you get paid for doing it, in the form of a quarterly bonus, which gets bigger with each level that you do.
