sooooooooooo not blogged in ages!!! feels like i've been off work for weeks rather than just 5 days. got quite a bit done and went all over the place. on friday i went over to my mums, got fed, went on the computer, and vegged out. on saturday i went back to the flat, did bits of fluff, hung my new curtains (which make soooooooooo much difference!!) and then went over to lexys. we just vegged out all evening watching telly and having a giggle.
on sunday morning i went back over to my mums for sunday lunch and mothers day malarky. she loved the pressies i got her - an eric clapton greatest hits cd and some aromatherapy smellies. after dinner i poished off several glasses of red wine and then headed back to the flat. once i was back the the flat i did mroe bits off fluff and dyed my hair. its a colour i've used before - cosmic purple - kind of a dark pinky reddy colour.managed not to dye the bathroom pink for a change too! went out on sunday night to the comedy night at Head of Steam. it was a great evening, all the comedians were fantastically funny, especially one that i knew vaguely, a friend of the people i went with.
after that i wasnt ready to go home so i went and joined Karina in the G-bar. had a couple of drinks and danced round and generally took the piss out of everyone and anyone. after it finished we waited for a friend who works there for ages and then grabbed a cab home, narrowly avoiding a fight with a gobby scally who thought that even tho he was about 100 metres behind us, he deserved the cab more than we did! after we got in we just stayed up chatting until i finally decided it was time to go to bed at 6am!!!
didnt do very much at all on monday. stayed in bed till 11ish and then went into town for a couple of hours.met up with a mate and wandered round town in the lovely weather, which was cool. after that i went home, did 2 massive loads of washing, tidied and sorted out my room and did bits of fluff. in the evening i watched telly with karina and we watched moulin rougue as she hadnt seen it before. i love that film :o)
on tuesday we went into town for a later breakfast (at 3pm) and suddenly found ourselves in modo! we were still there 4 hours later!! snarlamoo lee met up with me and the girls and after i while we ran away to the Swan.we just sat and chatted ibn there for a while, and when Lee went home i joned Tony, Swee Gaz and others. The dragged me to the Jacaranda, where we skanked in the middle of the dancefloor type bit downstairs to the mighty mighty bosstones :o) we then went to the Baa Bar. they were doing shooters and bottles, but i took it easy. even tho i had been drinking for a lot longer than them i felt remarkably sober. finally got in at 2am and went straight to bed.
was up at 7am this morning and went into autopilot to prevent myself from going back to bed forever. I'm not hungover but i'm sooooo knackered, but i had fun :o)
its my birthday on sunday, going out on saturday to celebrate!!!!!!!!!!! woooooooo hooooo!!
