got some more birthday pressies, lexy got me the Biffy Clyro CD, which is amazing. i heard some tracks a while back and decided i had to have it so i asked her for it for my birthday. went to the pub with Skippy on thursday night for a few beverages, she came round to mine before that. bearing gifts. she got me 2 beautiful bracelets, some pink sparkly bobbles and a framed picture of the caricature of me thats on this blog, in a beautiful distressed wood frame. apparently theres another half of my pressie to come, which is very intriguing!!!!!
not up to much over the weekend, working till 9 today and then i'm off tomorrow. i'm going over to my mums as my sister is home and needs to talk weddings (she's getting married in july and i'm a bridesmaid). and also she'll have a birthday pressie for me :oD i'm back in work in monday but then off for 4 days, which is nice :o) meeting up with lexy and lee on wednesday night for some drinkies, which will be cool. and then i'm off to a gig on friday at the Masque/Barfly. its a night called Inner City Sumo. its their 1st anniversary gig and album launch and it should be cool. i'm reviewing that gig for the mighty GIGWISE, which should be fun :o) i'm doing the Bluetones gig the following tuesday too, so its all good :o)
