its was joolias birthday night out at the weekend. we started with a party at skippys house. there was loads of us there, lee, mike, nick, kayte, joolia, lyndsay, jon, al, skip, peet, and others. ddevil and his lovely girly kate came too, unknown to joolia. i brought them in and hid her eyes and when she saw them i thought she was going to faint she was so happy!!

mike and kayte baked a cake for joolia too, i was too pissed to eat any but it looked lovely. we also had loads of party food, party poppers, party hooter things and balloons, lots of balloons. we also made loads of cocktails, a vcr (vodka champagne and red bull), charlies angels and others to recipies. then me and joolia got pissed and gave up using the recipies and started making "kitchen" whch was basically everything that was in the kitchen. we were all happily drunk.

at 11ish we all headed to the krazy house. the party continued there. we all stayed together for most of the night, dancing our arses off and getting more and more pissed. i took a couple of disposable cameras, should have some really good photos, i pick them up on friday. i ended up going home at 2ish when i was too pissed to stand much longer. it was an amazing night, totally legendary.

was my first day back at work today after being ill with laryngitis. the first day back is always awful, it was sooo painful getting up today and i felt soooo depressed when i got in. but the day went pretty quickly and wasnt too nightmarish.

not up to much this week, working through till the weekend now. going to annas at the weekend. she's going to austraila for 8 weeks soon, i'm so jealous, its her kind of leaving party, it should be brilliant!!

went to see jennyannes end of year art show installation thingie last night. it was sooo amazing. the main part was a wedding dress which was cut apart at the back. inside it there were huge nails and kitchen knives jutting out. at the front there was a huge chain which tied to the plug hole of a kitchen sink. on the chain there were loads of pots and pans hanging. there were loads of other details as well, too many to mention.

all i can say is that her work is totally amazing, i was lost for words when i first saw her. as i told her on the night i'm soooo proud of her and in awe of her talent, well done laydee.

anyhoo, time for bed soon. didnt get much sleep last night even tho i'd had a few pints and i was tired. it was also not too hot last night, which usually affects my sleep but i didnt get a wink of sleep until at least 5am, and even then it was on and off. i'm quite sleepy already so i should be ok tonight.
