my tongue is getting better... doesnt feel too swollen at all Lady it only seems to have swollen up a bit in the middle, i'm quite suprised how normal it feels. i've progressed from mashed potato to pasta now, but it takes me forever to eat as i've having to be really careful still. the bar feels fucking massive and i'm scared that i'll chew it by mistake!!!

i havent totally been playing by the rules as i did have some WKD at lexy and kaytes house on saturday through a straw whilst we were crashed out watching chicago. and i have had a couple of ciggies, well 3 in total since i had it done on friday, which i guess isnt too bad. but i'm making sure i rinse it out properly afterwards if i am a bit naughty ;o) but ice cold water is still sooooo nice at the moment :o) i'm drinking loads and loads of it

anyhoo, off to bed for me as i'm shattered and i'm off to meet kayte and lexy tomorrow for a mini shopping spree in the retail park polished off with a trip to starbucks :o)
