had a family party last night, my cousins 40th. i'm hoping one day they might realise i'm 24, not 14!! but it was ok, lots of free beer and food and stuff like that. about to have dinner at my mums in a bit.
the new flat is turning out very well, nearly got everything how i want it now. got my wardrobe delivered yesterday so i can get rid of all the bags of clothes that are crammed in the corner and it can start looking like a real room!!!
getting the internet and stuff installed next friday, which is all good. i cant wait :o) i'm also getting the basic cable tv package too so i'll have sky one and e4 to entertain me :o)
starting the job for real on monday, no more training, which is nice. 4 weeks training is just soooooooooo suffocating. we were all ready to kill each other by the end of it. kind of like cabin fever!! so give me a couple of weeks and it'll all be second nature to me.
speaking of secondnature theyre doing a gig on thursday in the fudge (note the smooth link there. it should be a blinder, cant wait. as usual with the fudge gigs it free entrance to the KH afterwards, and who am i to turn down a freebie?!? just as well i have the next day off work innit!!
anyhoo, gotta go before i get my pocket money stopped (well it damn well feels like that)
