aaaah so nice not to be in work today. i got up somewhere around 12 after a lovely lie in, had a chower, had some lunch, pottered around a bit and then went to see skips new place. theres some pics on my fotolog. her flat is lovely, theyre in the process of painting it at the moment to get things how they want it before they move in in a couple of weeks, buts its already nice anyway, if you get what i mean.

the new flat is even nearer than their old flat, prolly takes less than 2 minutes to walk there from my house and its right between mine and lee's house too! so its all good. i wouldnt change my flat now i'm in here but i do sometimes wish i had an extra room, rather than a bedroom and living room in one, but i dont really need it. its different when theres 2 people as you'd just get in each others way in a flat the size of mine. even couples need their own space sometimes i'm sure.

hhnngghh back to work tomorrow, i'm on the 11-7 shift this week so i still get a bit of a lie in, and its only a 4 day week which is so much better. i'm doing a few hours of overtime this week but not as many as last week when i did 10. just 4 hours this week. doing 1 hour after my shift on tues and weds, and then 1 hour either side of my shift on thursday. so it aint too bad. in the last 3 weeks i've done 28 hours overtime, so this week will feel damn easy!!
