so i didnt get to go out last night after all. i'd had a headache earlier in the day, prolly due to the heat, and i thought it was getting better. unfortunatley it just got worse and worse till it developed into a migraine and i had to stay in.

mark, joolia and lee came round for a few drinks and a natter before they left me to it. about 2 minutes after they left i threw up violently and did the same a further 4 times, which was nasty and i felt like i was gonna die!!

but i'm almost back on form now thank god. feeling really weak tho from all the vomiting :o(
