blogger seemed to be playing up again yesterday, wouldnt publish properly, ah well. feeling a little better but still nauseus with a headache and a horrible cough and sore throat. and still no T.H.U.G 2 yet, but the post hasnt arrived yet anyway so i havent given up hope.

Lee came round last for a bit and my god it was so nice to have some actual physical company rather than just email or msn messsenger conversations. He brought me some vitamins, zinc, and echinacea to help me feel better. he also brought round the ingredients for a chicken caesar salad which was lovely cos i dont have much appetite at the moment so i hadnt eaten all day till then. it was also nice and light so didnt make me feel worse.

had to cancel my physio appointment for this afternoon as i dont feel up to it at all. havent really done my exercises for a few days as sit ups make me want to vomit and i dont have anywhere near enough energy to do my exercises at the moment. all being well i'll be going next week tho.
