anyhoo!! the swan was great, got some brilliant pressies and everyone seemed happy with what i bought them. skippy got me a gorgeous bag, with devil bear written on the front, from japan, a gorgeous dice bracelet and a lovely japanese style purse.
lee got me a gorgeous watch that i asked for ages ago, its got a bright pink strap, and a bug face with pink flames on that move when you press a button. skip has a similar one but mine is very me :o)
we brought loads of choccies between us and each time a bar staff member came over i forced them to take a few. we took over half the pub, well the section near the window anyway. was nice to see some old friends who i dont see much too :o)
i had a lovely lie in today as well, it was much needed. watched some of karate kid before i got up, havent seen thay film in years!!! couldnt watch gremlins 2 tho cos i got picked up about 2pm.
the journey up to sheffield wasnt too bad, i just put my ipod on and listened to music all the way whilst hugging the dog and snoozing on and off. its not too bad a journey, only about 2 hours. not done much since we got here, had a light tea and been forced to drink cocktails and mulled wine, which was nice :o)
snarlie update - he went back to the hospital today and got discharged as his ear is healing nicely. still looks very sore but its much better now :o)
