Had a really fun time in the krazyhouse, danced all night after about half an hour of mingling, had a good flirt with a very very nice man who unfortunately turned out to have a girlfriend. but it was a nice confidence booster anyway!!
ended up going home around half 2, sharing a taxi with skip, al and lee. had a nasty hangover all the next day, think it was due to mixing my drinks as i wasnt particularly drunk at all!!! then on saturday evening i just chilled and watched the crap tv.
on sunday night me and skip trekked to woolton picture house to meet laydee k to watch the eagerly awaiting Memoirs Of A Geisha.
this is one of skippys favourtie books and she persuaded me to read it years ago when we first met, and i'm glad i did. The film was beautiful and a great adaptation to film. the book is incredibly vivid and detailed so it wasnt a suprise that bits of it were changed and other bits were left out of the film. if they hadnt done this there would have been enough material for about 4 films!!! we all really enjoyed the film and i'll definitely want to see it again.
went back to physio this morning. my wrist is swollen and bruised now and very sore indeed. the physiotherapist just did some massage to that area and recommended i do the same and put ice on it as well. she said it feels extremely tight and sore. we're just hoping the symptoms will ease off a bit by this time next week. just a waiting game really.....
