it was at the function rooms at the liverpool football club ground in anfield, very posh indeed.
we had a champagne reception, then a free bar alllll night, which was fabulous. there was a full carvery style roast dinner all done by heathcotes, therefore very nice indeed. they also put on close up magicians and and artist who did charicatures for free which were really really good.
after the meal mickey finn, a comedian, came on, but as he was bolloxed from the free bar he wasnt very good and didnt stay on for long. then we all went back downstairs to a room with a dancefloor, dj, and a bar, and danced the night away to cheesey music whilst getting drunk at the free bar :o)
tonight its xmas night out with friends. we're all meeting at the swan after work to swap pressies, eat chocolates and stuff, and have a good night. as tradition demands we will go to the KH after the swan and dance the night away.
after i've recovered from my hangover tomorrow i'm off to my mum and dads for a few days. i'll just be chilling there tomorrow and then going to my aunties later on on xmas day for the obligatory family gathering. not back to work till wednesday next week, so i'll have a well deserved and needed break.
