i took my braids out last night! 3 of them had fallen out and i was getting bored and stuff and wanted my hair back! it took hours and hours to take them out. my mum helped me some of the time. the plan was to take them out, wash my hair, dry it, wait a bit and then dye my hair. but by the time i'd washed and dried my hair it was 12 ish, and i was far too tired to stay up and sort it out. so i have lovely feeling hair now, but the colour is shit. fair too bland with big roots. never mind. i've just put it up in a ponytail so its not as obvious. My neck is bloody cold tho!!

going to see goldfinger tonight at the lomax. theyre playing with A and Voodoo Glow Skulls. Should be a very kewl gig! dont really like A, they used ot be sooo much better a few years back. Goldfinger are just amazing, and the voodoo glow skulls are kewl too.

Had some bad news yesterday. My dad has been diagnosed with testicular cancer. Its only in the very very early stages and apparently the position of it etc means that it is the easiest type to cure. Theres is a 90% chance of total cure as well which is all good. Its a bit shocking to say the least. I knew my dad had to have some tests but i never imagined that this would be the result. He's not saying much, just looks a bit shell shocked and numb, understandably. I havent really been upset about it yet, dont think it has sunk in. I'm sure it will soon tho.
