works going well.... i mean you get some really arsey difficult customers but you also get the brilliant ones who are polite and genuinely grateful for your help too so it all balances out. its all very stressful cos its still very new and exciting but i'm really enjoying it! i had a one to one feedback session with the trainer today who had listened in on 4 of my calls and he was really pleased with me. of course he had a few pointers but thats fairy nuff when its your 3rd day on the phones!!!
spent most of this evening playing games with lexy online. we played reversi which is a bit poo and then resorted to literati, which is just like scrabble. lexy usually wins cos she's much smarter than me but i dont mind! i played monopoly online the other night with claire at
Games.com, it was good fun but took aaaaages and aaaaages!!!!
