Sometimes people do things that really disgust you, things that go well beyond pathetic. A good friend of mine was recently abused by her so called best friend for something she hadn't even done. Some pathetic kids were spreading lies about her, creating some fake angst in their pathetic little lives and this so called best friend chose to believe them. This so called best friend preaches to everyone about being a real friend and not a "fake friend" but then behaves like this!! Its fucking sad, makes me sick to my stomach. Good fucking riddance asshole.

went to see secondnature on Friday night, they totally rocked!!! Atonal played brilliantly as always. I didn't think much of the other bands, I mean they were good, but not my bag. We went to the kh afterwards and had a cool time. When we got there it was dead but things livened up a bit after a while and there was much air guitaring hence forth. The lovely joolia was sorely missed, hope you're feeling better hunny.

went to the doctors on Friday cos I've been having some problems with my hip lately. I've been waking up in agony from lying on one side and then being in pain for days, and its been going on for ages. So I decided it was time to get it sorted. The doctor says I have sciatica, like what joolia has, but not as severe as hers. For those how don't know, this is some info on sciatica:

Sciatica is the term given to pain down the leg, which is caused by irritation of the main nerve into the leg, the sciatic nerve. This pain tends to be caused where the nerves pass through and emerge from the lower bones of the spine (lumbar vertebrae).

In sciatica, there is a pain down into the leg, which travels below the knee, and may involve the foot. There may be numbness and there may be weakness of the lower leg muscles. These symptoms may come on their own, but are often combined with low back pain. The order in which the symptoms appear may vary. Sometimes the back pain comes before the sciatica, and sometimes will follow.

so now I have co-dyramol - a pain killer - to take throughout the day, and diazepam (valium) to take at night. The diazepam isn't for my nerves, its to relax my muscles to try and stop the pain at night. It doesn't seem to be doing much at the moment but I guess it'll take time. The doctor wants me to take the tablets for now and see how it goes. Hopefully it'll settle down, otherwise I'll have to go back and maybe have some pyhsio.

went to see the lovely lexy on Saturday. We were supposed to be moving the rest of her stuff but that's been posponed till next week. so we spent the afternoon and evening chilling, watching finding nemo - which is amazingly funny, playing evil-dead - a fistful of boomstick on the ps2 which is excellent, and subjecting lee to jay and silent bob strikes back - which he was surprised to enjoy! We also pigged out on pizza mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

not much going on this week till the weekend. Popping up to see lexy at some point during the week, which will be cool. Then on Saturday me and lee will be helping her move the rest of her stuff before going to see reel big fish and goldfinger in manchester!! I'm sooooo excited, its gonna be such a brilliant gig!!!! And then on Sunday I'll be having some beautiful braids done by the lovely caiti :o)
