did my first proper shift yesterday and it was pretty painless. had the usual spread of nice and nasty customers but nothing i couldnt handle. managed to find peeps to share a taxi home with... just as our taxi was heading out of town it started to run out of petrol! we only just managed to get to a petrol station, and even then it only just made it to the pump. it cut out about 10 metres before getting to the petrol pump and we thought we were gonna have to do it all by petrol can thingie which wouldve been ridiculous, but the driver managed to start it up again....

only got 4 more days now to do this shift and then i'm on a reasonable 8-4.30 shift and i'm looking forward to it, even tho i have to work saturday and sunday :(

my sister is home at the weekend, we're all gonna go out for a meal on saturday. i'll have to try not to get too stuffed cos i dont wanna be puking all over the place in the allnighter now do i?!?!?! should be a good night. my digital camera is back now, in full effect and stuff, so i should get some good pics for the kids site. god knows it needs some updating!!!!

anyways, must go get ready for work. feels weird being in my pj's at nearly midday!!!!!!
